What has Google been Investing in?

Google actually does something with all the money it earns. It seem to invest into an interesting bunch of great products. Although $10 Million on influencing democratically elected politicians? Well, I guess politicians have to make money somehow now the banks have cut back. And you can count on Google never to be evil ;)
Maybe they are using it to lobby Foosball as an Olympic sport.
