What’s funny is that it’s blindingly obvious that some of these self-proclaimed “experts” have not used twitter at all. It’s out there in plain sight (vs. SEO where they could at least shroud themselves in some mystery).

It’s easy to tell a twitter newbie. Just look at their profile.
