So many websites out there are basically useless not ranking for jackshit, just some extension of some artsy fartys web designer somewhere. Once you say to people, listen, I promise I'll show you a way of tracking who visited your website,who bought, where they went etc their eyes start to sparkle a little. Once you say to them look, how many leads did your site get you last month and they answer I dont know, once you say to them I'll show you how to get you visitors for local terms that real people search for, they pretty quickly get the message. There are literally 1000's of businesses who would kill to rank for service in town and don't, they dont for one reason too, their sites are shit and they dont know why, neither to their web designers either - such waste.
